The 2000 Texas Silver Dollar is produced by the Texas Mint. It is one ounce of silver and comes in a velvet box. The front of the silver dollar is covered with symbols of our Texas heritage, the shape of the State and the Texas Longhorn. The exquisite Lone Star surrounded by stars and branches of mesquite is on the reverse of the coin.
This is a new, uncirculated coin made in Texas.
