Walking Skirt The walking skirt was popular during the 1890s and early 1900s. This is a classic five-gore skirt made of 100% cotton. The walking skirt allowed for plenty of movement and yet was flattering to the figure when paired with a fitted jacket or dressy blouse. This skirt has small pleats in the front and gathers to the back for extra fullness. It has an adjustable waistband for the perfect fit. The skirt is approximately 40" in length and is perfect for the tall cowgirl.
